Our remote support client allows our staff to access and control your computer remotely, with your permission of course.
To allow us to access your computer, download the appropriate version of the program below and run it. A window will appear and display an access code. Leave the window open and tell us the access code, and we’ll be able to connect. You will be able to see everything we are doing, and you can close the connection at any time. When the session is over, the program will delete itself.
